80 Grade Performance Academy is an independent youth baseball development and travel program based in Airdrie, Alberta, with training held at facilities throughout the Airdrie and Calgary area.

We recruit athletes from across Canada and the United States.

80G was created to give youth baseball players access to high-level training within a structured, competitive environment that introduces athletes to the standards expected at the next level.

Our focus is on teaching athletes how to practice with pace, intensity and focus, while developing the skills, habits and understanding of the game that will prepare them for the demands and expectations of the next stages of their baseball journey.

Along the way, we want our athletes and their families to experience the best baseball environments across North America, gain exposure to the level of talent they aspire to compete against, and create lasting memories that extend beyond the field.
