80 Grade Performance Academy is looking for aspiring photographers, videographers, and content creators interested in building their portfolios while gaining hands-on experience in a competitive youth baseball environment.
Help capture the 80G training experience, showcase athlete development, and build the identity of a growing baseball academy.
Key Responsibilities

Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos during training sessions, practices, games, and tournaments.

Social Media Content: Create engaging content for Instagram and Facebook.

Video Editing: Produce short-form videos, training highlights, promotional reels, and athlete-development content.

Brand Storytelling: Help communicate the 80G philosophy, training standards, and athlete-development journey through visual content.

Content Planning: Collaborate with academy staff to identify content opportunities and develop creative ideas.

Athlete Privacy & Consent: Follow academy guidelines regarding athlete and parent consent, content approval, and responsible use of youth athlete imagery.
preferred qualifications

Interest or experience in sports photography, videography, or digital content creation.

Understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form video, and social media trends.

Ability to capture action sports footage and tell engaging visual stories.

Creative, reliable, and comfortable working independently or alongside academy staff.

Previous baseball knowledge is an asset but not required.
